Zayntech Limited (“Zayntech”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and in the course of our business. We are registered in England and Wales, company no. 10686035, with our registered office at 155 Carlton Road, Romford, England, RM2 5AX. What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us — when you fill in the enquiry form on this website, or email or phone us. This may include:
- your name, job title and organisation
- your email address and phone number
- details of your enquiry or project
- information needed to deliver and invoice our services if you become a client
How we use it and why
- To respond to your enquiry — based on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
- To deliver services to clients — because it is necessary to perform our contract with you or your organisation.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations — such as keeping financial records.
We do not sell your information or use it for automated decision-making.
The enquiry form
When you send an enquiry through this website, it is emailed to us and a copy is stored securely in our website’s admin area, which only Zayntech staff can access. We delete enquiries from the website after two years.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where needed to run our business — for example with our website host, with Microsoft, which provides our email, with accounting service providers who process it on our behalf, and with members of our delivery team working on your project. Where any of these are outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete website enquiries after two years. Client and financial records are kept for as long as required by law, typically six years after the end of the financial year they relate to.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete it
- object to or restrict how we use it
- ask for a copy in a portable format

Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and its fonts are served from our own website rather than a third party. WordPress only sets cookies for our staff when they log in. If we add analytics in future, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where required.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
